I do good leg workout and just do a slow, hilly run to finish. Actually keeps soreness down for me.I'm still lifting fairly heavy and can't muster both the same day. I'm doing a lift-run-lift-run-lift-run schedule right now. With my frame, I can't really afford to drop the heavy days or I'll turn into a rail. It isn't perfect for distance training, I know, but it's what works for me.
Never seen a glide shirt. Who makes them?

I mostly have adidas stuff and it is a lightweight shirt
Though I recently got a Saucony shirt that is a lightweight and it could be one of the most amazing running shirts I have ever touched
