King James ordered his translators to remove the name of G-d from his **** translation.
They substitute “Lord” in the place of “YHWH”

King James wasn’t happy with the first translation so he had it destroyed and replaced with a second version that fit his agenda.

The King James Bible is a Bible you read for art. If you’re seeking truth it’s the last thing you pick.
The NIV is more accurate and it’s just a step above a paraphrase Bible

If there was a Hell then king James would be in it.
I almost wish there was a hell just for him. He deserves it after all he lead to destruction with his false teachings

Hugh Broughton, generally regarded as perhaps the greatest Hebrew scholar of that age. He didn’t end up working on the KJV, (contrary to claims that the KJV companies contained all of the best scholars of the age).

Broughton believed that the word use should reflect its consistent use of that age where as the KJV translators did not take into account how those words would have been used at the time they were written but rather what they believed the intent should have been.

The concept of Hell (Sheol, Tartarus, and Gehenna, with doses of Dante thrown in) has always made this subject problematic to discuss.
