Hope we continue to get these disasters. If you can't see Caldwell is a great hire I can't help you.

Caldwell to date has been an awful hire. You do realize they spend top 5 in women’s basketball in NIL and are soon to not be ranked in top 25.

I’m not sure if he’ll take it, but I’ve always said that whenever Rick retires my first call is to T.J. Otzelberger at Iowa State and make him say no. His annual salary right now is $4 million, which is $2 million less than Rick Barnes makes here.

Maybe Otz likes coaching at a smaller school with less pressure to win, but you could give him the Barnes contract and see if he says no.

He wouldn’t hire Jeff Walz, who was begging for the job, so he won’t hire some proven coach at a major program.
