This is the best team in the NFL right now. They're probably going to finish 13-3 and if the Pats lose tonight, they're in the drivers seat for a first round bye.
Broncos and Seahawks are not the best teams. Broncos can win it all, but let's be honest they haven't really beat anybody. They lost to the 3 great teams they played.
I like Denver's chances of winning it all. They host Cleveland and KC to wrap up the reg season, one win (should win both) gives them hm field throughout the playoffs.
In the NFC, don't sleep on Seattle they're playing good 'ball atp---Pete Carroll has them believing, each of their losses including their last two hm gms---St. L (6pts) and SF (7pts) were close. Seattle could finish 11-5, if so, they'll become my Cinderella / upset special in the NFC playoffs.
I don't care so much about Houston...I think the real key is to make sure the Broncos don't play at New England.
Kansas City Chiefs (2-13) at Denver Broncos (12-3)
Last March, the Chiefs were dying to get Peyton Manning to visit. They desperately wanted to sell him on their franchise and their great skill players and their chance to win now. But Manning chose the familiarity of so many things in Denver (old Buddy Brandon Stokley lived there and might come back to play, John Elway was the franchise czar, a trusted rehab guy was there, etc.) and so the Chiefs never got in to see him. Kansas City wasn't the only jilted suitor. Seattle wanted in. The Jets too. Nothing. But imagine for a moment if Manning chose the Chiefs. Kansas City, 11-4. Denver, 6-9. And I'd be picking Kansas City to win this game, 31-10.
