Don't play it. If you have a question or comment about it put it out here, somebody will give you something.

Well ive had this driver for about a year and a half and I've had mixed results. When I hit the sweet spot, the ball GOES. But I'm very inconsistent due to the inch and a half longer shaft that it has. I got a new, shorter shaft yesterday (45" aldila Rip stiff). Has anyone had better results with the burner 2.0 after shortening the shaft?

Btw, I'm 6 feet tall with a 105-110 mph swing speed if that matters.

Also I haven't got to hit it yet due to the crappy weather of the pat 2 days

Usually the indian, not the arrow. Replacing shafts can add both accuracy and distance if done properly, but I doubt 1.5" is that big of a deal, especially at 6'.

I took 3 lessons again back in March and I'm starting the year better than ever. Lessons are often the better value as opposed to equipment imo.

I get what you're saying but I used to have a g15 that was 45". Since I've had the burner I've seen a rather large gain in distance but a huge drop in accuracy and consistency. That inch and a half may not sound like much but I really do feel like it has altered my swing with the Burner.

And I've got a lesson scheduled for next week so hopefully I can get my swing fixed with the new driver.

What are you putting with, a pipe wrench? That cover is huge.

Here is a stock pic I found online addressing a ball to get an idea of actual size. The cover does over protect lol. Mine is red & black & I put a new superstroke 2.0 on it a few weeks ago. I ran across it in the local golf shop back in December. I was just messing around & saw this ugly thing & just goofing around I rolled a few. It surprisingly put a nice roll on the ball & felt really good. It had a $240 sticker on it but the guy that runs the place said I could have it for $75. Looking on eBay they go for more than that so I feel like I got a good deal. The only thing is he couldn't find the headcover so I contacted nike golf a few days ago & after exchanging a couple emails they were sending me one.

When I played Sawgrass, the most striking thing to me was how relatively easy 16 and 17 were and how insane the tee shot on 18 looks.

The PGA west holes are all fairly similar. The island green hole isn't that hard. Fun to play.

You just have to be accurate off tee for sure.
