Slow play bothers me in competition. On a regular day, I just automatically assume an inconsiderate SOB is going to be somewhere on the course ahead of me and just roll with it.

Yea. It's rare to head out on a Saturday and expect the pace of play to be anything but slow. I don't mind it if people are trying. The ones who goof off piss me off. I am usually tempted to hit into them. Ha.

I hate slow play where I have to wait for 5-10 mins on every hole but i understand if its a busy day. Worse than slow play I that I hate to feel rushed.

I refuse to rush on a golf course. I play as quickly as anyone, but the last thing I'm doing is playing speed golf so the hacker behind me can finish 30 seconds faster.

I play a lot for work, and my boss almost runs to his ball and hits. He played 9 the other day in an hour. I hate playing with him.

I don't stand over the ball for more than a couple of seconds and don't look for a ball very long if it's in the high stuff.

Pics on a course have nothing to do with slow play though. Slow play has to do with slow play.

Honestly I play too fast i just eyeball putts and go. Never take practice swings other then chips.

Not saying that's good, but I don't care enough to have a routine.

the faster I play, the less I think, the better I hit the ball. If I have to wait and think about a shot, my game weakens. My best few rounds of 73-76 were all played in @ 3-3.5 hours

Here's a photo I took on 14. Even though there's a group on the green, I'm clearly a terrible golfer, holding up play.

Hmmmmm, I think I'm going to need a box of balls.

I was refitted by a real fitter today. Getting a X Flex shaft in my driver. With the weight of the Razr Fit head the shaft that I had was equal to an R flex. Calloway imitation of the NV I had was garbage. Also getting a little weight added to the grip of my irons. I'm hoping these tweaks are what I needed to get over the hump and start playing better.

Added a Vokey Gap Wedge to my bag yesterday. Really should have done that a long time ago. That thing is sweet.

A little handicap maintenance back 9 yesterday. Good thing is that I've learned not to hang onto a bad round as well as don't try to push for a great round if you just had a great one.

Amazing that it takes time to do that in this game. I still go to holes and have flashbacks of bad shots, especially when the guys we are playing are reminding me of them until I address the ball,

My relatively new AMP irons were lofted pretty strong but it actually worked out for the best. The set set is 4-GW with the 4 iron at 22* & the gap wedge being 49*. Almost the same as a traditional 3-PW. My next wedge is my 54* vokey then my 59* trusty rusty. I just regripped all of them today with some orange & black golf pride new decades. Well my driver has a white & 3 wood yellow. I told ya that shaft was doo doo OB hope you got what you really needed this time. I've played a couple rounds with my new diamana blueboard & hit a few drives, dare I say, bama'esque.

I think I did. Guy I went to knows his stuff. Golf Galaxy was a joke and waste of my money. Plus he is putting a sweet UT orange Lampkin grip on it for me. :)
