The Golf Thread

would be a tense playoff between those 2, after Rory making a comment a couple of years ago about Tiger never being more beatable

Bridgestone had a tent set up where they measured clubhead speed, ball speed etc. My club head speed was 112...same as the tour avg. I ask who had the fastest clubhead speed on tour. He said Bubba had the fastest at 130. So anyone claiming 150 is simply lying

Or you don't follow the thread or get my sarcasm.

Stick with a fade if you're looking for reliability.

If you're dead set about draw, a couple ways is to set clubhead where you want to end up and lign the feet up to the right. Swing along your body line.

The other being to go to the range with a couple towels under your arms and hit 3/4 shots to get the feel and experiment with the inside path to hit a draw.

Im really considering going with the fade it seems more natural to me and it just seems like an all around easier shot to hit. Just cant decide

Amazing shot and a flash of the tiger of old, but lets pump the brakes before declaring that

What is there to put the brakes on though really? He's won twice now in the past couple of months and looked as solid as ever this week. I agree that he needs to win another major to remove all doubt, but the swing is definitely there.
