Just watched Northwestern beat Stanford for NCAA Women's golf championship. Their putting ritual is absolutely unwatchable. It goes on and on, repeating the same study of the green multiple times. It's like they are doing everything they can to avoid actually hitting the ball. Glad PGA or LPGA golfers don't do this. They wouldn't have any audience.

Few of the ones who were lucky enough to get out earlier today at Oakmont advantage. Greens were receptive the early part of the morning. At one point there were 14 under par, that number has trickled down to just 6 now that we are hitting the afternoon hours.

Scottie with a 54 hole lead NOT LIKELY to relinquish. Crazier things have happened in the game, but betting on him tomorrow is almost a certain win, despite giving some on the money line

Scottie is pretty incredible. Some dominant wins this year. Would be really cool to see him keep this up for a few years and etch his name up there with woods and Nicklaus. Seems to have his head on straight too.
