The Golf Thread

He's already set up perfectly for his way of playing himself out of contention then firing a 64 or 65 on Sunday, when the pressure is off, to finish in the top 10.

He has one of the most bizarre career trajectories of any athlete in any sport. If you told me after he won the 2014 PGA that over the next decade plus he wouldn't win another major, I would assume he was about to run into chronic injuries or personal problems or something. It's bizarre how he's consistently been a top 3 or 5 player basically that whole time and hasn't won another major.
Called it!

When listing those that won golf's grand slam, they didn't list Bobby Jones. His GS included the US Amateur, the Amateur Open, US Open, the Open Championship, and there was not a Masters at the time (he invented it). The PGA was not considered a major.
