The Golf Thread

When I was up there, Stonebridge didn't exist yet and we played Coosa CC as our home course. Love Stonebridge though. I actually shot the lowest number of my life at Stonebridge about 5 years ago.

It's a pretty nice course for the money

Unless you're salty or easily pay it, I wouldn't. The real fitting matters on the woods and they'll do that free. I did full on deal for mine and it matters a hair, but basic fitting will work for most. The number who hit it consistently enough to know the difference is tiny.

I love playing against guys that are more drunk than I and start pressing. Friendly game turned into a $350 take home today.

Goin to Sizzler!

nice, pocket change
how much do you give the wife

We went to Dave & Bu$ters and wasted about $60 so my kids could win tickets and pick a $2 prize.

The rest is in my pocket for the Ryder Cup. Never been and probably won't go again, so I'm going. Friend got really good tickets for 8 of us for friday and sunday in some private area, but very expensive.

82 at Centennial yesterday. My problem is my inconsistent driver. I do fine with it on the range, but on the course it is my demon.

save some of it for a dinner at Gibson's when your in Chicago

I'd be ecstatic with an 88 ha. I just started playing this summer though. Trying to break 100.

Don't get me wrong an 88 is one of my better scores. I just can't seem to put it all together for a full round.

I played my 8th grade year for school and then didn't play any in high school. Just started getting back into it the last few months. I can't get enough of it.
