Actually, I did read it. It said that the counties that were the hardest hit and asked for help were the ones he helped. Apparently you democrats look for any way you can to cheat. My aunt Nancy had her power go out for 2 days and can't vote, send help DeSantis. That article you didn’t read has all the answers you’re looking for.![]()

Well, explain to me how they are so damaged they can't vote without some special mail-in voting scheme? If your house is gone, are you going to be there to receive a mail-in ballot? One way or the other, you have to cast a ballot, and not having a house doesn't make mail-in voting a better option. Are your local government officials too stupid to figure out a way for people to vote without DeSantis' help.Orange County, and Republican leaning Brevard and Seminole Counties were also hit pretty hard. He loses zero political capital for being consistent.
You’re downplaying the damage that was done down here, and that’s unfortunate. I’ve got friends and co-workers who were displaced from their homes and had automobiles totaled due to flood damage. Their lives have been turned upside down.
It’s obvious which side your bread is buttered on, but I don’t think it’s asking too much for DeSantis to make statewide concessions to all counties that were affected by Hurricane Ian.

Your entire argument is full of holes.
Brevard? We didn't get any damage or flooding at all where I live and the eye of the storm went less than a mile from my houseOrange County, and Republican leaning Brevard and Seminole Counties were also hit pretty hard.

I know! Image how great FL would be if this guy had won in '18!!!!

Ron DeSantis crushed Charlie Crist. It wasn't even close. This guy is the top governor in the country. @lawgator1 @Lawrence Wright I don't see why you guys would complain or try to undermine this guy. Do you know how many states need a governor like this to help turn them around. Can you imagine if Florida would've stupidly elected the woke, homosexual, corrupt, drug user. Your state would be in a world of hurt. No doubt about it and you know it or is naive.
What makes him the top governor in the country?
For one the way he led Florida through the hurricane repairing infrastructure in seeming record time, Florida is a destination state for business, retirees, and people moving from blue states, the grade schools have some of the top test scores in the country because he kept them open more than any other state, etc. When you have other governors going after him like the loser in California it's clear.
None of those counties need voting concessions. I'm from Brevard and just went there. We've seen worse. 2004 comes to mind.
