How are you Dave. You didn't say that a few weeks ago.
I've never not said it.
I have said I would take him back; but I don't see any scenario it happening.
I'll put it this way, I think there was a bigger public push to bring Fulmer back in 2012 than there is to bring back Pearl, and Fulmer wasn't even considered.
Polls show over 80% want Pearl back. Did Fulmer have that kind of support?
Probably not, but probably over 50%; but that's going by percentage. In actual numbers, more people likely wanted Fulmer back than want Pearl back.
In other words, for the public "outcry" to work, there's going to have to be a lot more people vocal about it for it to even register with the AD.
Hart listens to donors more than he listens to the average fan. We know that two major donors want Pearl back along with a legion of lesser donors. Time will tell.

If Tom Jurich at Louisville can swallow his pride and forgive what Bobby Petrino did to them and hire him back as their football coach, why can't Dave Hart and Tennessee forgive Bruce Pearl for what happened when he was at UT, and hire him back?
Petrino will keep Louisville nationally relevant in football. Bruce Pearl would make Tennessee nationally relevant in basketball again.
Pearl isn't coming back.....Louisville is a brothel. The funny thing about this is whale dung lied to AD Jurich once already. And he hires him back?? Unreal. The win at all cost fans need to pull their heads out of their asses. A coach like that gets you nowhere.
