Yeah I was really hoping we could get McClendon as well. Think he’s one of the more underrated coaches in the country. Agree though. I thought Muschamp was a horrendous hire for USC, but he has proven me wrong so far. They’re on a steady upward trajectory.

But what’s really nice is knowing that if he can do it, so can Pruitt. Can’t wait for fall. I feel like we’re going to see a completely different team. Probably won’t win a lot of games, but I think we’re going to see a much tougher team.

How you say things only matters to people who are easily offended and/or soft imo

Say what you mean and mean what you say. Some people will be more abrasive than others. It’s life.

That may be true but if we do have a bad season, I will go on record in predicting he will be on here telling everybody how he told us so. And even if it's not gloating about his team being bad it will certainly seem like it. :)

Lol...they're working on a contract extension for Warlick. Welp....looks like even with Fulmer at the helm the athletic department still dgaf.

Hey, if football wins big, I couldn’t care less about women’s basketball. I do want a good baseball team, though. The fact that Vandy has won it all sickens me. It’s becoming evident that we have a good coach though. I think we’ve already equaled our SEC win total from last year.

Haha. Well, when our Men’s team and baseball sucked I cared because I had no other Vol Sports to follow, but now? Meh. Baseball is at least mediocre now and the Men’s team is good.

100% agree. Flip side is, be prepared to receive flak over how you say things. Be abrasive all you want, just don’t act offended and soft when someone calls you on it.

Our LBs will be stout this yr if healthy. Sapp looks like a madden create a player. Kid is shredded. Bituli, Kirkland and ignont are good size. I assume he could be including Taylor, Smith and Allen when saying LB and all 3 look good size wise

Dang. That's it. I quit. No more optimism from me. We suck and we're only gonna win 8 games this season and then we'll only barely win our bowl game and finish 11th in the recruiting rankings. :)

I follow what you are saying, but nuance can be important. Someone said to me one time, "I never met a nuance I didn't like." Lol. Some people just see more possible options for interpretation than others.

tl:dr - people are different

Lol... yeah go do a Meyers-Briggs personality assessment with your friends or co workers...

Things start getting clearer about those differences and why/how things people say/do make no sense to each other...
