I use to go 4-5 days a week. With my work schedule I only get about 6.5 hrs of sleep to be there at 8:30. I'm now going to try and go 3 days a week to see if getting more rest helps out. When I was going 4-5 days a week, I think I was putting too much stress on myself without enough rest. So I'll see how it goes.

By the way, weight lifting burns more fat than cardio. If you end up joining a crossit gym, they will instruct you on proper lifting technique and form.

Yeah, I have a pretty regular schedule where I could to it a few times a week. I keep telling myself I will go to sleep earlier when I get home but it never happens and then I get tired during the day. But I always manage a good 2 or 3 mile run about 5 days a week. I have heard the weightlifting burns more. It's crazy how I can run and run but I couldn't do ten basic push ups to save my life.

Doing just cardio all the time, eats away your muscle. That's why you don't have any strength. You should give it a try.
