Yeah, I have a pretty regular schedule where I could to it a few times a week. I keep telling myself I will go to sleep earlier when I get home but it never happens and then I get tired during the day. But I always manage a good 2 or 3 mile run about 5 days a week. I have heard the weightlifting burns more. It's crazy how I can run and run but I couldn't do ten basic push ups to save my life.
Pushups especially balance ball push ups will make you a stronger runner. Works your abs. Stronger abs keep you more upright. Better breathing and easier to keep your stride under you.
Thanks, Tri. My legs are great. I just need to work on my arms and my stomach so that sounds like a good way to do that.
Do you prefer to run with or without an ipod?
