Nico MarkelAll I know is, with Hooker under center, the team moved with the closest approximation of Heupel's desired intent and velocity until the ACL, then slowed down considerably under JMIII and Nico Markle. Obv some of that is due to an increasingly heavier emphasis on the running game, but IMHO, after HH, both qbs didn't have as firm of a grasp of the offense as he did.
It's a shame Hooker's on the Lions. The man needs snaps!
