Pruitt slamming by UGA in law

Fortunately, my only in person contact with this jerk cousin in law only comes at Thanksgiving.
But, he’s been insufferable texting me about football and recruiting ever since last years UGA game in Knoxville.
Just had to share this text that I got from him today.

“Hey man, just wanted to congratulate the Vols for plucking another real SUPERSTAR out of a Georgia high school. Too bad you guys are having to rely on our sloppy seconds.
Go Dawgs! Woof! Woof! Woof!”

I know I’m supposed to hate Bama and Florida the most.
But, my hatred for Georgia may have surpassed the Tide and the Gators. Asswipes.

You do know there's a block messages feature on that cell phone you have, right?

Let's be honest...who is UT the biggest rival of? Vandy? And that isn't just recent, that's all time. Maybe Univ. Of the South back in the 20's.
Neyland was hired to beat Vanderbilt. Pruitt will beat Vandebilt and most of the SEC teams on regular basis. Happy days are just around the corner.

Good info.
Ask any Vol that has ever lived in the state of Georgia how they feel about pup fans. I bet you most would have a similar story to mine and say that they are INDEED rivals.

I live in Jawga and I do not view them so much as rivals as I do that they are the most obnoxious delusional fan base and are unbearable to talk football with.

Oh, he is hardcore into recruiting.
Especially kids out of Georgia.
He referees high school football.
Thinks he knows more about the game than anyone.
Just an insufferable know it all type jerk.

And there is your problem. His name isn't Bundy is it?

The State of Georgia is rich with talent, more than in-state programs can absorb. Tennessee has recruited successfully in Georgia and will continue to do so. Yes, Georgia high school footballers dream of playing between the hedges. Not all of them will do so. Some of the best will come to Tennessee. We will welcome them. Orange and white will be their colors for the rest of their lives. Their alma mater will dwell in their hearts. As they grow older, their love and appreciation for UT will deepen. Fall in East Tennessee and football down by the Tennessee River will be among those things they cherish in life.

No.
I don’t like him. I just tolerate him to not stir things up.
I wish id never let him know how much I like football.
he is just a lowlife and I hate that he married into the family.

Sounds like a dawg in need of a good kick in the nutsac.

You didn’t pour a shaker of salt in the wound when josh and jj connected in the end zone to make all the little puppies in their stadium cry ? I would have went out and bought the sidewalk salt to make sure it was extra rough . 😉

Anytime I get in a “discussion” with UGA fan I send them the meme of that and the conversation ends abruptly

Bammers call Auburnites, Barners. They hold that school on the southern plains in contempt. The two schools wouldn't play each other for three decades. It took an act of the Alabama state legislature to bring them back together on the gridiron.

Alabama's most continuous rivalry has been with Tennessee. After selling their souls to bring Lucifer's Vessel to their football program, the future damned haughtily dismiss their old rivals, Tennessee. Defeat the Crimson Tide, and this will change.

Patience, young squires. The time will come when Tennessee triumphs again over their neighbors. We have a new coach. Let hope buoy your spirits. Go Vols! Beat Bama!

My step dad is originally from Florence, Alabama. Huge Tide fan. He was very good friends with Cecil Dowdy, one of Bear's all time great OT's. Maybe you need an appreciation for history now, but to him? Tennessee will always be their biggest rival. He still considers Auburn "newish"... LOL. Like I said, you probably have to be old and have an appreciation for history to see it that way.

Bulldog Nation? Tell 'em your glad they root for a college team. Ask 'em, how's the quail hunting? Are the sea trout running in the coastal estuaries, yet?

When they talk trash about football, redirect the conversation. Did you ever meet Truett Cathy in person? How many Waffle Houses do y'all have in Georgia? What's your biggest crop, peaches, pecans, or pimentos? Is it true that Peachtree Streets are really named after "pitch trees?" Pines and sweetgums are all over the state, and pitch was very important during our nation's youth...

Uncle Lou loses it after 2016 Tennessee-Georgia game

Our family was in the Capitol Grill in Indy having dinner during the last of that game. We had a private room but my wife and I kept going out to the bar to watch the game. The bar thought I was nuts at first but gradually started watching. They all consoled us when GA went up and the entire bar erupted in cheers (even the managers were watching) when we won. It was an epic memory for me.

I once had inlaws that were Ohio State fans and they were worse than Georgia fans if that's possible:eek: They always put down the SEC and said real football was played in the Big 10:rolleyes:
