Let's hope Butch is willing to take advantage of George's size and apparent ability in the redzone this year. He's been very hesitant to do so our other big, talented WRs the past couple years.
Based on what?
I'm a little surprised Jack Jones isn't starting. Did he under perform during camp or was he just beat out ?!

I really think the Jumper hate is overblown and unwarranted. He is not a bad or even below average player. Compared to Kirkland there is obvious dropoff but we are fine with him in the field. The fact there were quite a few times last season where he was on the field with Kirkland and JRM speaks to that.Is Kirkland better than Jumper? Yes. Can Jumper improve? Yes, and I'm sure he has so let's not treat him like he is an opposing player.
As far as the DT rotation I am not too terribly concerned with depth at all. Mixon can always slide inside for a few snaps and Picou is the smaller, quick DT that will play in blitz situations. We should be fine.
Kendrick will back up both tackle positions and as much as I like the effort Jumper shows, by fall camp At the very least Blakely will be the back up if he picks the system up
Zing! Oh man, you got me.
I'm willing to bet if Jumper doesn't play in the games we lost last year then chances we could have pulled out 2 more W's greatly increase.
He's not the sole reason we lost but he was a matador on some key plays and TD's we gave up on D in those games.
