Ole Miss To Replace Rebels

But we did it to them too so stop the hypocrisy is all I'm saying. Good lord why is that so hard for certain people to grasp? Does this fan base need hook on phonics? I'm starting to think so. We didn't do it to them as much as they did us. I've never disagreed with that however if both sides were doing it then when you cry like a baby it makes you look like a hypocrite. Idk about you but I don't like being a hypocrite.
Oh, the irony!

How am I being a hypocrite?

Please explain.

When a player “may” be injured (not badly) or out of breath or whatever (especially the big guys) their taught to get on the ground……..so they can come out.

this was not the case in that game…….you know it, I know it and everyone does.

Hypocrite would be Tennessee doing the “same” thing…….which is intentionally having players go down to intentionally slow down the pace of Tennessee’s offense………..Tennessee did not do that.

Once is NOT the same thing as 20 or 40 times.

Intentionally trying to skirt rules (which I think will be changed somehow next year) in order to slow down an offense and force that offense to play differently is NOT the same as one player “actually” trying to come off the field and being told to go down………..Tennessee was trying to get said player off the field……..maybe to keep said player from “really” becoming injured………..if he indeed “needed” to come out.

In NO way did Tennessee try to force Mississippi to play slow…….heck they had over a hundred plays.

Just because you are being obtuse doesn't mean it's not true, Scooter. We did nothing to intentionally slow a drive; we avoided a penalty. Before you call someone out, you may want to proof your work. Here are a few I found.

A) you left out a comma in the first sentence after your dependent clause to begin a complex sentence; B) you left out a comma before the noun in direct address in your second sentence; C) there are several proper nouns that should be capitalized; D) you ended an imperative sentence with a question mark; and E) your first sentence.....well, I corrected it for you.

It's ok, I pointed out your errors in red. Be better!
chrismc1000, I think he's saying don't call someone's English comprehension or construction into question unless you're really good..lol

If you can understand simple English then you have a very hard life. I'll break it down even more just for you cupcake.

Ole miss had fake injuries to slow our drives.
Vols had fake injuries to slow ole miss drives.

Tell me how it's OK for the vols to do it and not the rebels again?

Did you mean to say “if you can’t understand simple English”?

You stated injuries and drives
Then you stated injury and drives

Wouldn’t “injury” result in “drive”…….and not “drives” plural?

You also say “you don’t want to be a hypocrite”…….while spewing “can’t understand simple English”……all while typing bad English yourself.

But hey us and our simple understanding of English.

Hey thanks for weighing into the thread! They did it over 28 times

This fact alone should spur a new ruling.

If the flops don't happen, and the refs aren't terrible, there is no trash on the field and we don't have a 4 hour+ game.

after reading most of this my biggest question is who is “We”. You seem to have a real dislike for anything UT.

I've been a vols fan for over 20 years, I just don't like hypocrisy. This forum is filled with it. The "WE" is our vols players doing it too as in having fake injuries like ole piss did. I really didn't think that conversation was that hard to follow

Yeah what you quoted of me was proper form of English. Guess I know my answer from you.

I liked your post and fixed the run-on in the last paragraph.

Hummm

So injury (singular) results in drives (plural)?

Lol OK.

Keep at it MR English.

However again your being a hypocrite…….while saying you don’t want to be one.

And that somehow takes away from us doing it to them as well? See when you and others post this crap it screams its only fair if the vols do it and not them. So you see how stupid it looks?

We were just striking back, and had a right to.

You clearly have a hard time understanding English. Again a monkey would provide a better debate than you. The vols had multiple fake injuries against ole miss. So why you crying about it again?

Please show me the 20 or 40 times Tennessee did it.

Heck show us these multiple “fake” injuries Tennessee had in order to slow down Mississippi.

There isn’t a debate here……you have yet to make an argument backed up with any verifiable proof……..you simply say it’s so.

I did state I am simple when it comes to English……however should ole miss, be “Ole Miss”?

I don’t know……I I’m not a monkey.

Your seriously crying about folks and bad English. While using bad English yourself. Also while claiming you don’t want to be a hypocrite……..what the heck guy.

I don't know I was at work and only got to watch bits and pieces of the game. But again if we both are doing it why cry over the exact same thing that we did to them? It's just stupid to do so
Exactly you didn’t watch it all the way through. I’ve never seen anything like what Ole Miss did. I’m not exaggerating I’ve literally never seen it. We need a rule for this
