I respect what he’s done here and his game but he’s simply not ready. If it happens and he tanks He and Phil are ruined before they start. Jimmy wins

That was simply saying it could be anyone. I don't think Tee is ready to be HC at Tennessee, and I think Phil knows that. I'd guess that bev's statement about coaches at other schools OR ANYWHERE ELSE may be more telling.

Right there he says “ somebody that has been a head coach”.
Again to me that excludes Tee

I doubt he’d take a lateral move but if he were OC for Gruden and “coach I’m waiting” I think we would have the perfect storm.
I think it’s what Gruden wants as well ( admittedly knowing nothing- but merely what I’ve surmised)

I feel certain Tee is coming home and Phil will give him
money and resources to be successful. Whatever Tee wants he’s gonna get.

Yes, with all the ups and down over the last couple of months. The body could no longer contain the emotion and they were released. I felt tears in seeing Davenports' realization that this is truly a place like no other. Looking at her face, you could see the hell she has went through. Then again, with Fulmer, the pride and love he has for the University was enough to bring any grown man to tears.

Brilliant. I think the original Atlanta post is gone, so I haven't re-read it. But, it makes a lot of sense, and the news that broke Monday of the MOU on Friday the 24th and meeting for the 26th to sign, the CBS release before the USA today piece, to finalize is when HOH went and did hat he did. And, I truly believe Manning was the catalyst for HOH to hang himself and was one of the truest Volunteers in all of this, not a "traitor".

If you really want an answer, go ahead and cancel your weekend and go back and read everything from about 16th or 17th on, or

She's doing even better than that. She's put him on paid leave so she can investigate him and then fire him for cause, freeing the university from his $5M buyout. :good!:

I try not to say anything bad about anyone but she looked rough like she hadn’t slept in days.

With Currie at the head it’s understandable now

I disagree on the first one. I think the boosters not named Haslam believed the Gruden deal was done. AV said there is a clear plan and another plan beyond the first plan. I hold strong that the clear plan was the 5 year plan and the plan beyond was the 10 year plan. That's why I think some wouldn't be comfortable with it. I think the boosters thought this was settled at BlackBerry farm weeks ago.

I hope that Peyton helped hang the Haslams. I don't know that he did, but I certainly hope he did.

I always enjoy talking with you as well.

Its not even confirmed she wanted Currie in the first place. She was told it was going to be Currie.

SFD's right, there's nothing in that pointing at Tee. You can make the case that Phil is leaving the door open for the possibility of hiring a coordinator rather than a sitting head coach, but that still leaves a lot of terrain open that doesn't have Tee Martin standing on it.

Realistically, is Phil considering Tee as one of the people he wants to consider? Absolutely. He wouldn't be Phil Fulmer if he didn't. But don't mistake that for a conclusion that Tee's his primary focus at this point.

Way early for that. Right now he's still coming up with a game plan, and a timeline, and a realistic list of candidates.

I’m still astonished how the national media is portraying us- just a s dumb, irrational fans.
No one sees the BIG picture. Several great articles out there, to include our very Miss Celina Summers blog, about the real fight.

And not one has picked up on the real reVOLt.
