You're right he does do wonders. It's a shame a name like Kliff Kingsbury never played for his conference championship, or any other QB Leach has coached at TT.

Leach won 8-10 games every year despite having the worst facilities and school location in the Big 12. He did this going against Tex, OU, Mizzou. Kelly has not won with his own players on a major level. He maintained the previous coaches success. Kelly is also a HORRIBLE recruiter. There are also rumors of character issues and Alcoholism.

Mizzou? Up until the last few years they were worse than TT so that it funny.

Show me anywhere by a CREDIBLE source (not some dbag on this message board) that says Kelly is HORRIBLE recruiter.

Leach won 7 games twice, 9 games twice and 8 games three times.

This is his first season breaking double digits.

When did CMU win the MAC before Kelly?

When did Cincinnati win 10 games under Dantoni?

I'd MUCH rather have Kelly, but that Leach offense just might be crazy enough to work in the SEC. He might be able to recruit a little easier to Tennessee, and we see how well he's able to do with it when he has talented kids running things.

Bottom feeders are what we are this year. 7 or more wins at a pieces of sh@t school like TT is good. Also what we need is OFFENSE. No one can dispute Leach as the top offensive mind over the last decade. He is like the new age Spurrier. He will have better talent here. I can see Marlon Brown being a Crabtree for us if Leach comes. Leach has shown he can throw any QB in the backfield and put up huge numbers.

He's also shown that for all the stats, he loses 3-4 games a year.
