He's a good coach and we could do worse. That having been said I worry about his age. We're actually in a pretty good position here, a lot of returning talent and good playmakers when healthy. The right guy gets a year of conditioning in and we're competing immediately. Les would be good for that part, but he'd have a hard time convincing recruits he'd be here for their full four years. I'm not sure there's enough buy-in for him to coach at UT.
