Porter also has strong connections in both Memphis and Louisiana. At one point he was a head coach at the high school level in Memphis. That kind of background will give us a strong foothold in Memphis and the surrounding states...

I think he wants to make a move, but not upset the cart too much. Problem is he needs to make a big swing and he;s running out of time.

How serious is Porter listening? Any mutual interest?

To me replacing the coordinators is out of the question. Its important we don't do anything that can cause the players to lose confidence going into next season as much for Dooley's sake as anybody elses. There is a possibility that Dooley could hire a co-offensive coordinator or running coordinator to help balance the offense and reign Chaney in a little bit. He could also hand playcalling duties, at least in part to one of the current assistants. Had Charlie Baggett done any play calling before?

That I don't know.

My guess is he is listening to all offers at the moment.

I am sure he wants mother shot at HC. But not sure he gets it.

Ut can make him a nice offer and make him running game coordinator
