As demonstrated by john brice's article Chryst threw 2 TD's in the scrimmage. Consult multiple sources before declaring what the truth is 'round here youngin. #109 on pg.5I think I know a little too!!! As stated, I can read. All I said was KC's 4 TDs to JGs 0 puts KC in the drivers seat CURRENTLY. That is all I said. It's my opinion, the site is full of opinions. You said you didn't read (article didn't state) where KC threw 4 TDs. I proved you wrong. Now, you are butthurt and trying to say you have been on this site for years and act as you know it all. LOL
In k-town and at the moment. I do think there's a chance JG's still hesitant with reads and maybe CJP is directing that comment toward him. Athleticism aside, if KC is a better game manager, reads the defense better and adjusts quicker, he'll be our guy.Of course Chryst has a clean slate so to speak!
Crompton was a completely different QB in 09 with a new coaching staff than he was in 08. JG could very well have a similar transformation. Then again he may not. As far as I'm concerned he has a clean slate. I just want whoever gives us the best chance to win.I am pulling for the unknown guy. I have seen JG already. If JG does happen to win the job, I will be fine with that IF he can get the ball to the receivers
Something with his degree from Stanford, perhaps? Kid is living a dream.. Got a great degree from one of the best universities in the world and now he’s competing for a starting QB position in the SEC.Just out of curiosity.. if KC doesn't get it.. what does he do since that makes 2 schools that didn't want him as starter??
Comparing any QB to crompton is an automatic bad signCrompton was a completely different QB in 09 with a new coaching staff than he was in 08. JG could very well have a similar transformation. Then again he may not. As far as I'm concerned he has a clean slate. I just want whoever gives us the best chance to win.
I wouldn't draw any conclusions based on the info... but it is about as reliable as the opinions of a few reporters that JG had a "huge" lead a few days ago based on the few minutes they're allowed to see.
If we knew who was going out first with the 1's and getting the most reps with the 1's then we'd have a clearer idea. Neither this nor the earlier reports saying JG led... tell us that.
