No the Dims in the forum are asking for a delay ad infinitum. They’re interested in doing whatever it takes to keep this event from happening. The Rs are hard over to prevent that from happening and want to see Justice Kavanaugh (that has a good ring get used to it!) seated when SCOTUS reconvenes next week.

He was willing to use it if needed, if I remember correctly he didn’t use it because there was not an opening. Garland is over, you all would feel better if you moved on from him. These cases aren’t even close to the same. Did anyone bash or lie about Garland? Did anyone accuse him of being a sexual predator?

And yes dems want an investigation, but not to get to the truth. They just want to keep delaying the process as long as possible in hopes that it kills the nomination.

So to recap:

1) Ford (original allegations): we'll hear from her tomorrow.
2) Ramirez: no one including people she named can corroborate her story and she expressed doubts herself.
3) Avenatti's client: restraining order, tax leans, prior relationship with Katz (Ford attorney), outrageous claims.
4) Yacht rape: oops, let's forget we brought that up.

Back to Ford v Kavanaugh it seems to me.

Yacht rape is actually 5. 4 was an anonymous third party claim that their daughter witnessed a drunk Kavanugh assault her friend in 1998 as they left a bar and demands an investigation.

I can joke about it, and still think they should be heard. I believe once most people can accept that suspicious timing doesn't necessarily mean not credible, they could lighten up on the arbitrary timeline to be heard, before the rush to vote.

While convenient for the Dems, it's not definitely a conspiracy.
