Yes, both Kagan and sotomayor, cruised through. Kagan was highly unqualified and Sotomayor was a previous member of La Raza which is a racist organization. Yet they both cruised through with narry a hitch. Neither love or respect our Constitution, most leftists don’t 🙄

Ex-boyfriend filed restraining order against third Kavanaugh accuser


Julie Swetnick, the woman who accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and a friend of attending house parties where women — including herself — were sexually assaulted, had a restraining order filed against her years later in Miami by her former boyfriend.

A Miami-Dade County court docket shows a petition for injunction against Swetnick was filed March 1, 2001, by her former boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy, who told POLITICO Wednesday the two had dated for four years before they broke up.

Thirteen days later, the case was dismissed, not long after an affidavit of non-ability to advance fees was filed.
According to Vinneccy, Swetnick threatened him after they broke up and even after he got married to his current wife and had a child.

“Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,” Vinneccy said in a telephone interview with POLITICO. "I know a lot about her.”

The allegation is likely to raise questions among Republican defenders of Kavanaugh about Swetnick’s credibility after her attorney Michael Avenatti revealed her for the first time on Wednesday.

Reached late Wednesday, Avenatti said he knew nothing of a restraining order and called the line of inquiry irrelevant.

Avenatti came right out and said he'd pay swetnick 125k. She's been involved in sexual harassment settlements before settled out of court with lawyer Katz. No one in Brett Kavanaughs circle he ran with remembers this person.

You are blinded by your partisanship. Republican lawmakers never made a deal out of Barak Obama's birth certificate. While your party has made a concerted effort to destroy a man over partisan politics. I would be ashamed to call myself a democrat over this. It's completely disgusting and anyone who attempts to justify it is just as complicit as the ones doing it.

How many of those arrested have been arrested due to some tie between Trump and Russia proving collusion? Isn't the number zero?

I agree that both political parties are dirty, but in this case, it's the Dems sinking to new lows this time. I won't be surprised if the GOP returns the favor.

According to her own yearbooks, Ford wasn't a choir girl, either. They've tried to let her have her say but she kept deflecting. Now we wait and see if she shows up tomorrow.

That's the thing about assault, it doesn't matter if you are a choir girl, or wear a short skirt or walk around at night by yourself.. All I said is that they need to find out why he felt the need to lie about being a choir boy. And Bill Clinton was impeached because of lying, not because of the original investigation. and so it goes...

I don't have any idea if the other two are trying to help the Democrats by lying about being assaulted which is insanity in itself, but from what I've seen on the news, not a whole lot of the Dems wanted Stormy Lawyer inserting himself into this thing, anyway.
