I mean this stuff makes my head hurt. Let’s say they’re being genuine. Were we supposed to accept anonymous accusations against Kavanaugh from a source that would refuse to testify or reveal her identity? Was Kavanaugh really expected to sit in front of the committee and answer questions about an alleged event against an accuser that he does not know the identity of with no other evidence?Democrats letter to the FBI - complaining about threats to Ford that resulted from her being forced into the spotlight.
Hmmmm, I wonder who forced her into the spotlight?
I'm betting he can keep it off Twitter unless the vote were to be pushed back, then all bets are off.
What’s ridiculous is the whole “attack” narrative in the MSM now. Here’s the tweet.I think he’s doing what a president for the Rs would need to do right now , he’s slowly applying pressure where it’s needed . He’s not being brash about it but you can tell the Rs aren’t hiding from this as per SOP .
I have no doubt that, if the attack on Dr. Ford was as bad as she says, charges would have been immediately filed with local Law Enforcement Authorities by either her or her loving parents. I ask that she bring those filings forward so that we can learn date, time, and place!
It's how she came forward! If she had went to to FBI or local LEO when the guy was announced as the nominee she wouldn't be getting the flak she's getting. The way it all went down just reeks of being planned.

You can’t make accusations like this and expect to remain in the shadows. There is no way the democrats could have used this without involving her. He has a right to face his accuser and the committee has a right to question her.She wrote a letter to her elected representative asking not to be dragged into it, but asking them to oppose the confirmation. That seems easily understandable to me.
Elected representatives/politician democrats are the ones who mishandled it to get her dragged into and make it a spectacle to derail the nomination.

So, her believes that her elected representative should oppose Kavanaugh's nomination because she claims he attacked her 36 years ago, and her letter should be all the proof that's required? I mean, Feinstein handled the issue in a disgraceful manner. But was she just supposed to go "Okay, good enough..."?

It's poor reasoning to compare the response to a 30 year old accusation, timed to be politicized and stop a SC nomination, to the responses to an average claim of sexual assault. Don't be ridiculous.

Poor reasoning is continuing to assail her credibility with things like “why didn’t she come forward sooner” in the very thread where someone has already re-posted an unsubstantiated tweet calling her a drunken slut with 64 sexual partners.
It’s not like 80s culture afforded more benefit of the doubt for underage girls who got drunk at unsupervised parties and were groped by rich football players from respectable families.
The reasons why she wouldn’t want to come forward, then or now, are myriad and easily discernible for anybody looking at her situation objectively.
I write letters to my representatives all the time asking them to vote a certain way on issues and explaining my reasons and assuming that’s good enough.
Sometimes they do it, sometimes they don’t. I’ve never been called to testify before Congress over it.
Have you seen what the media and the dem elites as well as Hollywood are saying about him ? They already have him convicted of rape . But yes by all means we should allow her to set the rules on her testimony and demand he go first LOL

I think you quoted the wrong post because I have no idea how any of that relates to what I’m saying, other than establishing what I’ve already said about democrats acting shamefully, which hasn’t received any pushback from anyone.
I'm not saying that THIS particular incident actually happened, but he is making one of his all encompassing statements again. (and we are talking about 15 year old kids) It's a known fact that many date rapes/assaults (attempted or not) go unreported. I hate victim blaming especially coming from the president, and actually thought for a moment he was going to have some class. I should have known better. What’s ridiculous is the whole “attack” narrative in the MSM now. Here’s the tweet.
THAT is not a Trump attack tweet. And frankly it asks a damn question we’ve been asking all along!
“Stop bullying her!” Lulz...
Twas I, whom posted said tweet. Twas you, whom missed the point of said tweet.Poor reasoning is continuing to assail her credibility with things like “why didn’t she come forward sooner” in the very thread where someone has already re-posted an unsubstantiated tweet calling her a drunken slut with 64 sexual partners.
Surely you can see the difference between “don’t vote for him he’s stupid” and “don’t vote for him he sexually assaulted me”.I write letters to my representatives all the time asking them to vote a certain way on issues and explaining my reasons and assuming that’s good enough.
