If this allegation of rape is true, he should be immediately voted down. However, I'm not seeing enough to show proof, the FBI has passed on it as well, a couple times actually. There are plenty of other reasons to vote against his nomination. Not sure this should factor into it as it stands.

I don't think there is anything to this honestly. The timing is very suspect to say the least. Political stunt.
