IU VS BAMA

But why would he? He has a no pressure job where he is being at a school that had no expectations to be this good in football.
I'm fairly sure he's referencing a big debate thread from earlier in the year where there were some steadfastly arguing he wasn't a good coach / benefited from a schedule (that "even Arkansas could go undefeated playing) / wouldn't be good enough to be an SEC team's coach...it lasted for quite a while (maybe more than a month?) until IU beat Ohio State in their conference championship game.

So you moving the goalposts. Earlier you said this:

So you backing off that now? Also you said Oregon didn't look like world beaters earlier.
I wasn’t sure Indiana was the real deal. They did win at Oregon by 10, beat Ohio State and won decent road games at Iowa and Penn State when IU didn’t play that well. Still, I wanted to see them against a team I knew better. Not only are they the real deal, they look like the best team in the country. Who else would beat Bama like this?

That's a fair take.

It blows my mind that Indiana was 3-9 in 2023, then 11-2 one year later and now 14-0 with wins over Oregon and Ohio State and completely embarrassed Alabama. How does a coach turn around a program so quickly?

80% of their team is from the portal.

Great coaches. Great at spotting talent and character from the portal. Great execution by the team and coaches. Indiana sure makes EVERY other coaching staff look bad.

IU is definitely for real. Danny Dollars needs to go offer him $20M. He has resurrected an absolutely dead program. I’m not sure there’s ever been a better coaching job from where IU was.
Only Northwestern has lost more football games than Indiana. Over 700 losses.

It's insane
