The success he’s had is underwhelming other than one year with the talent he’s had. Think he’s a good defensive coach but an average head coach. People give him too much credit

Yep , just think, he had Fields & Eason & kept the lesser of the 3. Did not have the eye/instinct of a HC.
With all the O talent he picked a game manager hoping to win on his D.
A lot like the Bama/Saban early years but Saban evolved when he got superior O talent. like UGA had.

The word here in Georgia Kirby is racist. I mean why didn’t he try to develop J.Fields. We all now know where the other QB‘S heart is...just read the text.

I still would rather GA win against Bama. Kirby sort of had them on the ropes in the SEC - CG, and called that fake punt. Helen Keller even saw that coming. Not only was it a bad call, but the execution of that play sucked. Took too long to develop. At the time, I thought it might be Chaney who made the call, but he's not that dumb. It was dumb by Smart. And by the way, I think its a little arrogant to call your self Smart.

That is obvious. Smart did it to Cox, then Gibbs, now Mays.

No surprise, really. Who would go along with a transfer waiver to an in-conference rival?

Smart is a dick regardless.

I just wonder,,, If Ga. granted permission would it not lend perceived support/sympathy in the law suit by Cade's father?

Cade's case aside, I just can't stand Kirby. It's not because he trounces us either. There's just something about him that makes me want to put him in a headlock.

For me it's looking at his face that looks like a strain over a hung tur-. Makes my as- crave a dip of snuff!!!!

Even before the Cade Mays mess I had heard about UGA’s toxic culture from a Georgia high school coach. The more denial their fans have about this culture issue is actually better for us. When left unaddressed these things implode.

Well, that average coach just beat our excellent team about 42-15. Call him what you want, but that doesn't change the fact that they are consistently in
the top 5-10. How long has it been since we were in the top ten team ranking?

UGA are no better now with Kirby than they was with Richt. UGA has always won 8-10 games every year but Richt couldn’t get them over the hump. So what does UGA do they hire someone that’s a better recruiter but less of a coach and still the product is the same!!!

Kirby is not liked by many, many like Pruitt is the biggest difference.
A friend of mine (save it guys) is a huge Alabama fan, grad, supporter and played golf w/ Pruitt and Kirby on a handful of occasions. He basically echoed the same thing. He said Pruitt is great to be around and that Kirby is basically a prick.

Smart got his hair style from the last mental institution he was in. What a cut.

I think Pruitt addressed this very diplomatically during his presser, after the first practice. "I always send a letter with the player asking the NCAA give them immediate eligibility." I looked over at my husband and told him "That's Pruitt letting everyone know that Smart didn't send a letter."
