Grossi said the three sites at Natanz, Fordow and Isfahan bombed by the US are central to uranium processing, conversion and enrichment, but stressed that Iran’s nuclear program extends well beyond them.

“Iran has much more than these three facilities,” he said. “It has a very developed nuclear program, with research activities and many other sites.”

He cited Iran’s operating nuclear power plant at Bushehr and plans for additional reactors, including projects with Russia, adding: “Work continues in all these areas.”

The IAEA has long sought answers from Iran over past nuclear activities and the whereabouts of undeclared nuclear material, issues Grossi has said cannot be resolved without access to relevant sites.

Seems the entire Middle East is even more united today. In the short term are energy prices more, sure.

Lol, so it was the "ambition" to restart a nuclear program that was obliterated last year, and had produced no nuclear weapons, that was an "imminent threat" to the United States?

Military and diplomatic pressures on the regime. Spending dwindling currency on a nuclear dream will catch up eventually internally with their civilians. Then hopefully they move to a new government more open to being part of the global community versus the largest state sponsor of terrorism in the world.

The JCPOA was a joke. Not including their terrorist actions in the discussions and taking it off the table, which was our strongest lever with them, was stupid. But, when you consider it was the incompetent John Kerry leading our efforts then it all makes sense.

I'm fact, in the 9 years after Trump unilaterally pulled out of the JCPOA, they still hadn't produced any nuclear weapons.

And yet they maintained enriching uranium under a mountain. To the 60% level which is way beyond the 3-5% needed for fuel. That amounted to nearly 1,000 pounds, enough for 11 nuclear bombs they proclaimed.

And Trump pulling out of the JCPOA ensured that Iran was under no obligation to allow IAEA inspections for nigh on a decade.

Iran has also planned for this conflict. They have stored missiles and drones for years. In 3 weeks we have eliminated their Navy, Air Force and nuclear facilities. In the process, we have not carpet bombed civilians or deliberately attacked civilians. We have shown restraint and still accomplished all this in 3 weeks.

Iran's launch of a ballistic missile for a distance of around 4,000 kilometers, shattering the 2,000 kilometer range which much of the world hoped it would stay under, likely came from using a ballistic missile using a two-stage, satellite-like launch process, former IDF air defense chief Brig.-Gen. Ran Kochav told The Jerusalem Post on Sunday.

Kochav said that the launch had "doubled the demonstrated capability overnight" of what Iran could do when it targeted the joint UK-US base at Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean.

Echoing IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Eyal Zamir's statement Saturday night that the additional distance probably stemmed from a launch vehicle that used multiple stages, Kochav noted that Iran has been working for years on such two-stage launch technologies to try to get satellites into space.
