Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian said the Strait of Hormuz remains open to all except those who violate the country's territory.
“The Strait of Hormuz is open to all except those who violate our soil … threats and terror only strengthen our unity,” Pezeshkian said in a post on X on Sunday.
“We firmly confront delirious threats on the battlefield,” he added.

If they truly agree to avoid targeting non-combatants, then that is significant progress.

Short of occupying a country militarily, there is no stopping a country that has a domestic uranium supply from pursuing a civilian or military nuclear program, if they have a will to do so.

The JCPOA was the best option for monitoring the program.

Correct. The wishes and hoping stages are now past us. Our actions with Israel and the rest of the world to remove their terrorist actions and dreams is all that matters now.

You just outlined one of the main problems with the JCPOA (allowing them to continue making uranium)

Give 24 hours of notice to the Iranian Citizens for safe evacuation and then flatten any and every IRGC base/housing/territory throughout Iran.
Turn Tehran into a wasteland and end this. Continuing this does no good for anyone but Iran; erasing the IRGC from existence serves the greater good of mankind.

Israel does the same thing in Gaza. Hamas which is a proxy of the Islamic Republic of Iran threatens to shoot and kill Palestinians that try to evacuate when given notice. So I expect the IRGC does the same since they get their orders from the same snake. All done with the intentions to gain support from the useful idiots in the west.

Remember it well. I was there and it ain’t no lie. Nothing worse than sitting there watching the Crimson Elephants congregate and take over our stadium chanting and rubbing our noses in it. I have done the exact same to them in the past although not with as much frequency in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa, but I am a confessed hypocrite on this one and thus still despise those bastards!
