Illegal aliens are not American citizens. Whether it is willfully or not you don't understand that there are different levels of due process that depend on citizen status. It matters with if you are a citizen, legal non-citizen or illegal. Those illegals only have to be positively identified and they can be shipped out, that is all the process they are due.
If that were not true then there are about a million judges that would hop on this and have a field day. As of now, activist judges have resort to contortion to bens their rulings.

Thanks for clarifying that the lack of understanding is completely yours. Everyone gets due process regardless of residency status, and that’s good. If it’s determined via applicable due process that someone is to be deported or not then that’s how it is.
If you don’t like due process and rule of law for all then maybe Myanmar’s for you. That would be a pity for them though since they’re generally nice people.

If an immigration judge has issued a warrant then when they are apprehended they can be shipped out. Those were the papers that the rioters in MN were taking when they busted into that police car.

I'm old enough to remember that it used to be that America put their political differences aside when our boys were off fighting. That sure isn't the case today. That'
s a damn shame. There will be a time to sort this out politically but for right now let's support them and push for a prompt end and bring them home safely

Not having a monarchy was a founding principle of the Islamic Republic. But here they are. Seems like all governments are just about the same. One party or person trying to collect power until they’ve established an authoritarian dynasty.

I think the United States of America has something to say about this.

This article sheds some light on the Iranian regime.

It makes them our last two. The actions (inactions) of one and the actions by the other.

Both subverting laws and process for political advantage. I'm fine with calling out Trump for that, but you can't do so and ignore Biden's actions here. Both should be called out.

Nobody I’ve seen are attacking our troops. We’re attacking the idiots that never should have put them in harms way. Yes that’s actually very different.
