Can I speak for certainty? No.

But my experience in a small blue city shows they'll do all they can to alter perceptions and shuffle the truth somewhere else when it comes to crime.

Do these things scare you? Surprising if you're an actual pediatrician. Most doctors have empathy for those without homes and drug addicts - these are real and ever-present problems that only cold people would just sweep under the rug. Unisex bathroom and pride month? Very very scary.
