No, your comment was much more vague than that. You referred to "the current situation". I assumed that meant the war. Now you're defining it as "hatred of Israel". That's not so much the current situation. It's been that way for 50 years or more

1- I was addressing another poster who said that people didn’t believe the Iranians when they said death to America. Thats the current situation that was being referenced. You interjected yourself into the conversation which is fine, but don’t tell me what i meant.

2- you made a kind of broad strokes comment about Iranians hating Jews. I politely advised you that’s not true and now you’re trying to back away from it by telling me what I did or didn’t say. I know what was said. I was there.

I'm not telling you what you meant. I'm saying your words were so vague, I had to guess what you meant. Be more specific and we won't have that problem

Again, if the US and Israel have complete air superiority over Iran, how are the Iranians able to continue firing ballistic missiles and drones, hitting targets across the Middle East? Why aren’t they’re weapons locations being spotted and destroyed as the weapons are deployed? Is there not a complete intelligence overview of Iran via satellites, drones, et al?

I am frustrated with the communication to the American people about this military campaign. Iran’s military capabilities do not appear to be “obliterated,” “devastated,” or “made ineffective.”

Or I’ll just ignore you when you respond to a conversation that doesn’t involve you. I don’t really want to do that because you’re a polite person. But you’re not going to lecture me about what I meant. If there’s anything that was discussed that you would like to comment on then now is your time.

If their navy is gone, why is the strait closed? If their leadership is totally obliterated, how are they still organized enough to be pumping out propaganda? If their missile capacity is eliminated, how are they still hitting Israel and other targets around?

I'm going to repeat myself: I don't know what you meant. Therefore I'm not lecturing you on what you meant. I didn't know due to the vagueness so I had to guess. Only you can know what you meant

Back to the subject at hand...a big difference between Israel and Iran is that Iran does not support Israel's right to exist. Iran has threatened to wipe Israel off the map. Neither our country or Israel has threatened to wipe Iran off the map. A country that thinks that way cannot be allowed to possess nuclear weapons.

My question to you: Israel and the USA have said that it's unacceptable for Iran to possess nukes. Do you agree or are you one of those people who say "if the USA and Israel have nukes then it's only fair if Iran has them too"?

They can still mine the Strait and fire missiles at oil tankers. This doesn't involve a Navy

My point was to see if people were as gung-ho over potential Israeli manipulation of our politicians and sketchy intelligence when it was their own kids that could be sent over there. Since I didn't have a War and Peace length response, I got my answer....
