Carl, I'm gonna let you in on a secret.

No one, and I mean no one, sees it as a projection of strength. If they did, there would have been a mobilized, allied initiative of literally anyone but the primary belligerent (Israel) making meaningful effort to secure and re-open the strait. It's as simple as that. We're likely going to pull out of this having accomplished nothing aside from destroying an ornamental menagerie of defenses that will ultimately mean nothing in the matter of a few years.

Yeah, Afghanistan was a disaster. The only good thing I can say about this is that it didn't take 25 years to slowly **** up. We speed ran the abortion this time.

I agree on one part though, Biden should have just said everything Trump negotiated will not be adhered to because it was a moronic deal, and we'll remove US troops on a logical time frame.

Then you'd have been on here bashing Biden for doing so, but at least it wouldn't have been the sh!t show that it was.
