So, what did you actually think about the Fit Test?? I mean, I do it, but I don't record my results, mainly because I measure my weight loss as my results.
 
I measured everything. I was below average on some workouts and above average on others(way above). I'm just ready to get a balanced core
 
Took a break last night to hang with a buddy, and did Insane Abs with half of the Max Recovery workout today. I can tell you that the Max Recovery is truly the first boring workout I have done to this point in Insanity. So, I got a good hour of Ab work and stretching, so I feel pretty good.
 
Bout to get busy with my Max Interval Circuit. Also thinking about repeating this first week as well. I'm able to get through it all, just want to take fewer breaks.
 
Max Interval Circuit in the books. Didn't feel all that great tonight working out, was just kind of flat. Got through it all, but didn't feel like I accomplished a lot.
 
What does the fit test consist of?

8 Exercises (1 Mintue Each, As many Reps as you can Do)

1. Switch Kicks
2. Power Jacks
3. Power Knees
4. Power Jumps
5. Globe Jumps
6. Suicide Jumps
7. Push Up Jacks
8. Low Plank Obliques
 
Max Cardio Conditioning in the books. I sweat more with this workout than any other, mainly because it's an endurance workout.
