Will do man, It's been pretty inspiring to read how well you've done with it. I hope that lifting weights 2-3 times a week will minimize my muscle loss while on the program. How much longer do you have left?

I got the rest of my recovery week (Week 5) to go, and then I am one to Phase 2 and the ass kicking I am not looking forward to at first.
 
Sweet. I ordered the package with Insane Abs and Maximum interval sports training. I'm getting kinda pumped. I might actually get back down to my high school basketball weight
 
Remember, if you want to lose the fat quickly and effectively, go low-carb, low-fat, and high protein on your diet. Plus, you need to get a good protein shake to drink afterward. The Maxpro I drink is great.
 
Absolutely. The only carbs I usually take in are fruits and bread, and I eat a ton of protein. Topped off with a Syntha-6 shake
 
I don't use that guide though. My wife and I use E-mealz and use the low-carb option when getting a menu for grocery shopping.
 
What is emealz?

It's a grocery planning service that helps you plan out your meals for 7 days. It also makes a shopping list for you and gets you the cheapest prices and let's you know how much you will spend. Costs us about 80-90 a week for all 7 meals. Some are tough to eat, but some are freaking awesome.
 
Just got done with 1 hour and 10 minutes of DAMN IT!! I did Insane Abs and Core Cardio and Balance. Man, what a workout!!

There is no way 5-7 weeks ago I could endure the rigors of the two workouts I did in a row tonight. Man, if you can't get in shape with this program, your just plain lazy.
 
Another Insane Abs/Core Cardio and Balance workout completed. This is an awesome combination of workouts. Gonna do it again tomorrow, then my only off day before Phase 2, which I am dreading and wanting to get into all at the same time.
