May I ask why the program has you working the same muscle groups back to back days?

It's my recovery week, and I added the Insane Abs to it. It wants me to only do the Core Cardio and Balance, but it all works the core and I love that workout.
 
Have you just lost weight on the program or have you added some muscle mass? I'm not going to do the program, but working out has to do with my major so I'm curious about it.

A little muscle, more toning and weight loss than anything else. I've got the mass, just need the tone. I will work in the Upper Body Weight program it has after I am done with Phase 2.
 
I'm with you Eric, I've got the muscle mass...just need to lose the excess fat and get back down to about 185

Last part of Phase 1 completed. Man, if I lost 40 lbs during Phase 1, I should be able to lose the last 25 lbs I want to lose. I think I am going to be like the character of the Chappelle Show on the STD episode though at the end of these next workouts, "I ******* dieing man!!".

Don't get discouraged. It's harder to lose the last 10 lbs than it was to lose the first 30.

Well......

The first workout was 58 minutes long, and it's called Max Interval Circuit.

I hate myself right now, and I feel violated. I thought the 1st phase was hard, but this is where the workout becomes Insanity.

Now, off to drink my Maxpro and my Max-Glutamine.

Got about 30 minutes before Round 2 of Phase 2. Gonna be Max Interval Plyo. Got a bum shoulder from last night and the floor switch kicks, but I'm a trooper. Once the Jack3d kicks in, I'm going for it.
 
Just as intense as yesterday. There are a couple of exercises in here that it was almost impossible for me to do right now, but I will work up to them. GREAT workout!!!
 
Max Cardio Conditioning in the books!! Man, I am pouring sweat right now. That was shorter than the other two, but I'm sweating a WHOLE lot more. Got Max Recovery tomorrow, man I need it too.
 
Eric, I have been tracking your progress on Insanity... I am starting the series tomorrow. I think I am in pretty good shape, been running 3 miles in about 23 minutes on the track. I may pop in occassionally to let the folks know my progress.

keep it up man!!!
 
lyls, you should measure your waist before you start this. I'm interested to see how many inches are lost. No homo.
