I am not raging but its an honest performance assessment. Dooley had a horrible year regardless of injuries or lack of depth. Failures in personell and situational decisions didn't help either. It seems to me he cannot run an SEC team efficiently. And I mean the entire program. Who have we hired to fill in our DC spot? We promoted Hinshaw to receivers? I bet Croom and Bowles were excited about that hire.
No DC wants this spot on his resume and its obvious. We need to get it over with and fire Dooley now before we hire a sub par DC and get one, maybe 2 SEC wins next year. Tired of mediocrity. How in the HELL did it take our staff 10 games (Vandy) to use the Tiny package. Fail.

There's people out there that still support him? Lol he said in his press conference this program is in much better shape than what he found it in 22the months ago LMAO! Gtfo we have reached all time lows under this clown
Is the program in better shape today than it was on the mattress burning night when the Kiffins, who came into town, told about half of Fulmer's players and recruits to hit the road, leaving the shelves half empty, recruited a bunch of players that saw more time in pellet gun hold-ups, jail and local bars than on the playing field, then one year later flew the coop and threw the whole program and most of the recruiting class in the dumpster on their way out? Most definitely. Is Dooley trying to compare the team now with the glory teams of the 90s by this statement? Absolutely not.All three of those guys (Eric Russell, Peter Sirmon and Justin Wilcox) came from the Pacific Northwest, so it was a chance for them to get back home. I understand it and I really appreciate the work they gave us the last two years. They put their heart and soul in this program and the program is significantly better today than it was when we all came here 22 months ago. Those guys played a big part of it.

I'm Chuck Norris and I approve this message. .
No seriously though. I have been saying the same thing. All the Dool-Aid drinkers just say it will hurt more to replace him now.
I think we get rid of him now, bring in a good coach to salvage what talent we have left for this next season and make something happen instead of seeing DD go 6-6 with this schedule we have.
Why wait and be humiliated anymore? Its better to start now rather than later. The longer we stay like this, the deeper the cut and bigger the scar
No one wants to coach under him. Muxh less a great DC that's getting booted with him next yr
Recruits want to be coached by proven winners and chances to play for titles. Sadly UT has nothing to offer. The ones that do come only come because they wont get PT on the better teams.
I like DD but we need to let the man go. I believe Hart said he would keep him longer though. Maybe he will see he can't put a staff together and wake up. UT was once an attractive job and respected team. Now after LK and DD no one wants anything to do with this place
