Monte Kiffin is a Hall of Fame DC. Ed Orgeron is one of the best DL coaches in the business. Frank Wilson is one of the most highly sought after assistants in the country. Eddie Gran is one of the best RB coaches in the country. Kippy Brown and Charlie Baggett are considered two of the best WR coaches around.

Do you see what I'm getting at? Good coaches will come to Knoxville.

And bolt as soon as another job comes up, you see what I'm getting at? There are lot's of Tn guys doing big things in football, I think we need some of those guys on staff to help with loyalty issues. Jay Graham is a good start! Firing coaches before they have a chance to prove themselves will only do further damage. I don't know yet if Dooley can get it done, but we certainly don't know that he can't. give him time, if it doesn't work out, then look else where. By the way, Lane Kiffen had a losing record as a head coach when we hired him.
