Yeh, I could care less if he brought a laptop, plugged it in and googled before responding... as long as we win.

Unfortunately, he's shown he's among the best at the interviews and pressers, but we haven't seen similar results on the field (perhaps yet, but I'm not holding my breath in anticipation).

Is there one thing that Derek Dooley can do without looking like an idiot?
His practices are an embarrassment with the way he allows certain players to talk to coaches. His game plans are an embarrassment, only made worse by the manner in which his team executes it.
His ability to build a quality coaching staff is an embarrassment, like how he handled Chuck Smith and Lance Thompson just to make room for Wilcox’s buddy, even though, both had one foot out the door.
His treatment of former Vols is an embarrassment, like how they are not allowed to be at any football facilities without his advanced approval. If Al Wilson wants to come on campus and talk to current players, it should not have to be planned in Dooley’s day-timer.
The only thing that he has not been a total failure at is recruiting and that well is finally running dry. He tells recruits to look elsewhere why everyone else is de-committing. The recruits he wants are finally seeing through this closing arguments of BS and are getting out of dodge.
Everyone keeps drinking the Dool-Aid and says we have to keep him in order to save this recruiting class and build stability. BS, we are losing players right and left and are looking foolish doing it. We cannot even higher a quality DC.
There is nothing that Dooley has done here that can even be viewed as a positive. If it looks like a dog and barks likes a dog, and smells like a dog, it isn’t a cat. Dooley is an idiot that must be removed as HC. We are not going down the right path and the longer we allow it, the farther we get off-course.
I LOVE Tennessee and bleed ORANGE but I cannot bring myself to believe that UT does not have the strength and resources to right this ship immediately. Please Mr. Hart, it is time. RIGHT THE SHIP.

OP: Yes we should all go stand in the corner and do and say exactly what we're told. Who do we think we are to have our own opinions? Yes some of us get carried away at times but that just part of fandom. This would be a boring place without everyone's input regardless of how ridiculous some people think. I'm sure nobody has ever said I'm going to quit this job if this, if that, if if if but never actually quit. Same difference if you know what I'm saying............just human nature. Better to chill and enjoy the ride imo.

That's certainly ONE way to put it, especially if you don't know any better. I am thinking it's pretty smart so you can offer a more accurate assessment instead of sounding like a dumbass when commenting you didn't know a player didn't get into the game

This is not the time to be negative. We need to stand behind this program , or GET OUT! It's easy to be positive & happy in the good times , but real fans are there for support even in the bad.
