General Flynn completely exonerated

Devin Nunes: "We Can't Find" FBI's Original Michael Flynn Interview 302 Report; "It's Gone, Poof"

Rep. Devin Nunes, ranking Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, said Sunday that the original documents summarizing the FBI interview where Micahel Flynn is alleged to have perjured himself are "missing."

"The original report that was used to brief the United States Congress, that report is missing. It's gone, poof, we can't find it," Nunes told Fox Business anchor Maria Bartiromo on Fox News's Sunday Morning Futures.

Bunch of Criminals. Looks like it's time for Judge Sullivan to do the right thing and end this charade.

It amazes me how incompetent our FBI can be when they need to be.

Biden Changes Story About Flynn—Again
Joe: Didn’t Know of Criminal Investigation

Former Vice President Joe Biden told MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell on Thursday evening that he had not been aware of any “criminal investigation” of Michael Flynn before leaving office in January 2017. However, on Tuesday, Biden admitted on ABC’s Good Morning America that he had known that “they had asked for an investigation” into Flynn.

He's going for plausible unintelligibility.

“Obamagate”: Trump’s latest conspiracy theory, explained — Vox

Interesting that while explaining why it’s a conspiracy, they only point out superficial facts and no context. Importantly to me is why was Michael Flynn even spoken to by FBI if they had already determined by 1/4/17 that there was no further reason to investigate him. And why was he subsequently “unmasked” by several high level admits ration officials between 1/5/2017 and 1/20/2017.

I don’t see how anyone could look objectively at the facts of this case and not see at worst this was an illegal attempt to get something to impeach Trump on and at best a political hack job to get rid of Flynn who was fly in ointment to Obama’s policies

Another funny thing about the article is that they continue to use Russia Hoax in quotes as it was also some conspiracy. The mueller report concluded that the Russians interfered. They interfered with preference to Trump. But the Trump campaign did nothing by that report to conspire or elicit that interference. So, indeed, it was a hoax. And even worse, since the mueller report found that Russians were meddling in the election, it was by definition prior to trump being president. So the administration at that time sat idly by while the Russians did what they wanted for their preferred candidate.

I keep waiting for him to say "Come on man, I don't know who that is?"

One of Powell’s claims is those damn pesky FBI agents concealed from Flynn the fact he was the subject of their investigation. Horrible I tell ya - - horrible

Also she prayed that she would not be forced to write her book “Licensed to Lie”. Damn if that didn’t work and she had to yup and write it. Of course she had to do a book tour

Declassified Susan Rice email shows Comey suggested 'sensitive' info on Russia not be shared with Flynn

Former FBI Director James Comey suggested to then-President Barack Obama in a January 2017 meeting that the National Security Council might not want to pass "sensitive information related to Russia" to then-incoming national security adviser Michael Flynn, according to a newly declassified email that Flynn's predecessor sent herself on Inauguration Day.

The note from Susan Rice was declassified by Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell and transmitted to the Justice Department. Fox News obtained a copy Tuesday from GOP Sen. Ron Johnson's office, which had sought access to the document.

The Jan. 20, 2017 email Rice sent to herself documented a Jan. 5, 2017 Oval Office meeting with Obama and others, where he provided guidance on how law enforcement should investigate Russian interference in the 2016 presidential race. Parts of it were previously released, but the section on Comey's response had been classified as "TOP SECRET" until now.

The section says that Comey affirmed to Obama he was proceeding "by the book," and went on to discuss concerns about Flynn's known conversations with Russia's ambassador at the time -- conversations that would later play a role in the criminal case against Flynn.

Rice continued: "From a national security perspective, Comey said he does have some concerns that incoming NSA Flynn is speaking frequently with Russian Ambassador Kislyak. Comey said that could be an issue as it relates to sharing sensitive information. President Obama asked if Comey was saying that the NSC should not pass sensitive information related to Russia to Flynn."

RIce then wrote, "Comey replied 'potentially.' He added that he has no indication thus far that Flynn has passed classified information to Kislyak, but he noted that 'the level of communication is unusual.'"

Republicans have zeroed in on the Rice email amid heightened questions over the handling of the Russia probe and top-level awareness inside the Obama administration.

Rice’s email to herself was first flagged in 2018 by Grassley, R-Iowa, the former Senate Judiciary Committee chairman, and Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., who now sits as chairman of the panel. The email was partially unclassified at the time and appeared to detail the Jan. 5, 2017, meeting, which included Obama, Rice, Comey, then-CIA Director John Brennan, and then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and then-Vice President Joe Biden.

No one is confused about what Obamagate. If you’re going to use the fbi or other departments for political gain, you had better find something and you better be able to show enough cause to have issued the initial warrants.

None of that exists here. So the question is obvious: why did this occur and how high does it go?
