General Flynn completely exonerated

Is this truly within his judicial authority? Is their precedent that can be cited to support this move?

Why the hell am I asking you?

@RockyTop85 -I know you lean left and have a deep hatred for all things Trump, but you normally answer legal questions fairly. Is this judge overstepping his authority? Does precedent exist?

Not sure of precedent but Sol Wisenberg disagrees with the hack judge

Yes, the dismissal of the charges was clearly political. The point was to mollify Trump and continue the narrative of "nothing to see here" in terms of Russian-Trump collusion.

But all it is doing is reminding people, 6 months before the election, that Trump won last time with help from Russia, then paid them off.

Now this is quality entertainment. It's just like watching a surfer with very limited skills and very limited knowledge trying to ride the big one all the way to shore. The surfer knows he is overmatched and it's a very stupid idea to attempt it, but he's just dumb enough and stubborn enough to try and ride the rogue wave all the way in until he wipes out and cracks his skull on the rocks.

Ride her on in LG ... take her on home !

Top Biden Staffer Attacks CBS Reporter for Flynn Bombshell
A top Joe Biden aide lashed out at a CBS News correspondent for reporting on the release of a new memo indicating the former vice president was aware of the “unmasking” of former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.
On Wednesday, CBS News’s senior investigative correspondent Catherine Herridge made public a memo from acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell. The memo, which was declassified earlier this week and sent to members of the United States Senate, included a list of Obama administration officials who requested the names of American citizens picked up in national security surveillance between the end of the 2016 general election and when President Donald Trump took office in January 2017.

“Catherine Herridge is a partisan, rightwing hack who is a regular conduit for conservative media manipulation ploys because she agrees to publicize things before contacting the target to ask for comment,” Bates said in a now-deleted tweet responding to Herridge’s announcement of the memo.

LOL. That's good. I think she got tired of the BS at FOX cause she just wants to call it as it is. I think the same may can be said for Rosen also.

Biden Changes Story About Flynn—Again

Joe: Didn’t Know of Criminal Investigation

Former Vice President Joe Biden told MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell on Thursday evening that he had not been aware of any “criminal investigation” of Michael Flynn before leaving office in January 2017. However, on Tuesday, Biden admitted on ABC’s Good Morning America that he had known that “they had asked for an investigation” into Flynn.
