If you think that after what has transpired over the previous days at Tennessee then good for you. They added a proven Power 4 coach that fits the program system. Obviously will retain their HS recruiting class. Have a recruiting coordinator coming from the ACC that has connections and is well renowned in the HS recruiting landscape.
And last but most importantly Tennessee program is absolutely still Tennessee and 1 of only 2 big brands in WBB.

You aren't this stupid are you? OF course she canceled her visits once she committed to Tennessee and got that bag. There was zero reason to keep the process going. That has zero impact on her leaving after a year. Recruits do it all the time, and the first thing people say is "was recruited formerly by,... etc." The majority of the time they end up at the school where their former coach, or coach who recruited them, is. The only thing keeping her at TN for one year is that if TN releases her from her contract now, she can't go to another school in the SEC... but i'm with the other poster - I'd put money on it that she's at another SEC team after Kim is fired next year.

Smartest thing Kim and Danny could do right now, is buy out the schedule and fill it with cupcakes. Pull a LSU of last year. Stack that win loss column favorably, because once those SEC losses start coming in - the pitchforks will be out.

and cancel that UCONN series. After watching the Pat movie on hulu, it's clear he relishes in every opportunity to embarrass us.

I respect a different perspectives.. were you not just yesterday pointing out the fact that Tennessee new assistant coach/recruiting coordinator from Florida State having two highly ranked commits from the 2026 class? The same coach that was the offensive coach that was leading the highest scoring offense in the nation a few years ago? Again, itā€™s okay to give credit to both sides. You donā€™t have to discredit Coach Caldwell every single post without any substance at all.

How? You all have to elevate your mindset. Oliviyah Edwards had absolutely no reason to cancel LSU and SC visits to commit to Tennessee that soon in the recruiting process. So someone in their feelings because logically they have no case to make.. and canā€™t articulate a point is not a Debbie Downer for hurling childish insults. It just proves my point.

They added a proven power 4 coach that went 12-21 last season, while losing one of the top recruiters in the sport. These two things aren't the same... and we absolutely are no longer a top 2 brand in WBB.

Ferrara is on the clock in seven days. Hope he can show us some really super recruiting of the portal. Hard to stay away from criticism of Kim that subbing routine and just plain ugly defense is just to much to overlook. Her saying she is doubling down on the ugly of this past season just wants to make you yell wake up!
There are players in the portal that could give us a really good chance to win with a more conventional style of play. Her gimmicks of subbing, trapping without any rim defense and freedom for anyone to shoot the ball from anywhere is a lot to overlook. I don't know if there are players we can get that can succeed in her ugly style I hope I am wrong.

Itā€™s more on Kim, because her substitution patterns can be the reason players donā€™t come, thatā€™s not on Ferrara. If players ask about it it, and she says sheā€™s not changing, u canā€™t put that on him.

Have to put it on both as the took the job knowing what she wants to do. Up to him to find players that want to do it. If he can't why did he come here? Better to stay there even in their rebuilding. They had a good classof freshmen coming in.
I would have said are you going to keep hockey subbing and if she said yes then I am staying at Florida St.

He was totally responsible cause he recruited most of the players. He was not responsible for some of the system she plays, but sure he had responsibility to get a better roster together.

Id have to agree with you. I mean Prawl also said she ā€œwanted to help get the program back to where it was under Patā€ then proceeded to exit stage left as soon as the season was over soo words mean far less than actions. Canā€™t take any player at their word these days. They have to show by their actions they wanna stay. That will be harder & harder to find, sadly.
