CLAYTON, Mo. (AP) - The 18-year-old fatally shot by a suburban St. Louis police officer didn't face any juvenile charges at the time of his death and never was charged with a serious felony such as murder, robbery or burglary, a juvenile court system lawyer said Wednesday.

Those details emerged at a hearing in which two media organizations sought the release of any possible juvenile records for Michael Brown.

Spoke with former Ferguson Police Officer this evening. He showed me a email that contained a photo of the officer(Mr.Wilson) in the shooting. The cop is defiantly innocent.

He had a gash above his right eye going horizontal 36 stiches. Eye was swollen shut. Looked like he just fought Mike Tyson.

You don't have to believe me, But seeing that Photo and talking to this gentlemen gave me chills. I did ask him will it ever be made public, he told me yes. I'm assuming it will if the parents try to take this to court. Again, You don't have to believe me.

I'm seeing reports that brown's juvenile record that was sealed as a minor, reflects a charge of 2nd degree murder.

Since he is dead, his records can no longer be kept sealed.

This is all rumor at this point.

CNN claiming they have new information regarding the shooting the further backs up the view that Brown was surrendering.

I really don't care at this point. The facts have seemed to become so convoluted it's ridiculous to try to follow.

Is that like the new information they had every 20 minutes after the Malaysian flight disappeared?

I "tuned in at 7" tonight to find out how mall escalators are 'silent killers'. Those 5 second sound bite hooks keep me coming back for more.

I've been flipping back and forth between if he is guilty or not. The fact so many witnesses are now saying the same story can't simply be brushed aside.

I'm not going to trust any video that comes out this late anyway. If they had definitive proof, it would have been revealed then.

Hey, those step plates at the bottom of escalators traumatized me. I think someone told me they would swallow you, as a kid. To this day, if I'm within about a foot of the bottom I step about a foot past those teeth. :scare:
