I would attempt to explain what Shoops comments do to the mentality of a person who puts hope that a higher power is better than them smarter than they are and have the ability to get hopeful thoughts and feelings in your mind. But most of the anti- movement people can't grasp the multi layered problems that Tennessee has right now. And the administration is keeping in place to continue to get their revenue.

If you are in the movement you understand complicated issues and have some business sense.

If you anti movement to the point of TRASHING those who support it. You couldn't grasp explanations and complicated situations anyway.

Those who are anti-movement and not trashing those who are...... respect shown to you. Have no problem it's your choice.

Many double standards being supported by this post. I'm a fan of double standards. I'm not a fan of showing disrespect to the players on the team by boycotting their games.

I think it was not a coincidence that Currie and Shoop both made statements close together in time. The AD knew that his comments would be underwhelming to the fire Butchers and so Shoop was given the green light to say what he did to give some hope. Beginning to wonder if Currie might not be shrewder than i thought.

0-5 in the SEC because of Butch Jones as a coach is HURTING the players and fans of the program.

The TEAM needs the fans help.

It shows EVERYONE recruits and a future coach the fans SUPPORT THE PLAYERS & COACHES

NOT A LOYALTY TO THE UNIVERSITY'S BOTTOM DOLLAR

Finebaum has said Currie has made the decision, probably has his man, but can't make a move yet, plus we can save a few million letting Butch ride it out, once our guy is announced there will be no doubting Currie, so I say support the players, they are the only ones your hurting anyways

What if Currie said we have decided to keep Jones as our head coach, would you still sit there and support the team?

When you are being used as a pawn in a game in whicj you have no control, non participation is often the last remaining tool at one's disposal. See the civil disobedience of Ghandi or the secession of the plebians from Rome during the Struggle of the Orders. When tje game is rigged against you, simply stop playing.

This has been proven false.
Same $$$

Only chance to save $$$ would be if another school hired Butch.
And that would happen at end of December or beginning of January.

You still want to save money and wait until late December early January and keep Butch as HC?

Empty Neyland idea is silly. There is still no better place to spend a Saturday. Butch is done. That part is over.
