i made it thru yesterdays and todays workout w/out getting sick. however i got sick after the workout. i thought i was goin to puke today. we split up into 2 teams of 3. 30 secs intervals (push press, situps, ring rows).
1 person would go, the other 2 would cheer and count the reps, then the next person went for 30 secs, then the next. so you work 30 secs, rest 60 then move on to situps, then onto ring rows. not only did i feel like i was goin to puke, but now i feel the other comin on. goin to be a rough day.
btw no hot girls in the fundamentals class
