truff!! My trainer says that's how you get stronger, he said at the end of 3 months I should be seeing major gains from when I started! He used a girl from an earlier class as an example. She started out with just a #45 bar, doing cleans. Within a month and a half she is cleaning #115. Thats big if you think about it!
 
its big, but she also prolly hasn't lifted before either.

my stomach has been givin me some issues today. idk
 
nope. its not the worst its every been. i changed my breakfast this morning in order to prevent this from happening. i shoulda just kept it the same, i was doin fine
 
I expect a full report......hang in there man!!!!! I'm actually thinking of going to the box and doing a WOD tomorrow morning!! Unless something fun comes up tonight!

well my legs r dead. today they taught us the squat(air squat, front squat, overhead squat), which was nothing new but man we did a ton of them. at the end we did a WOD which was i think "talbot squat"(sp?). we did 6 rounds of 20 seconds as many squats as possible, 10 seconds rest. needless to say where i haven't squatted in a while my legs are sore
 
I have decided I'm going to go work out tomorrow, that will make 5 times this week! Running 3 miles Sunday!
 
ya its something i think i'd enjoy. i just hope i can make it the rest of the wk. i ate 2 small meals(clean meals) and i've gotten pretty sick after eating them. na it wasn't as aerobic as i thought. i got fairly low on my squats but can't get exactly all the way down on the squats bc of my knee, i asked them if i could substitute the running for something else and they said that wouldn't be a problem
 
I didn't think that would be a prob substituting for running. DId your stomach do ok? No sprinting to the bathroom in the middle of squats?

Oh yeah, any hot chicks in your class, thats always a bonus!!
 
i made it thru yesterdays and todays workout w/out getting sick. however i got sick after the workout. i thought i was goin to puke today. we split up into 2 teams of 3. 30 secs intervals (push press, situps, ring rows).

1 person would go, the other 2 would cheer and count the reps, then the next person went for 30 secs, then the next. so you work 30 secs, rest 60 then move on to situps, then onto ring rows. not only did i feel like i was goin to puke, but now i feel the other comin on. goin to be a rough day.

btw no hot girls in the fundamentals class
