Crossfit

there was a time when i cared about how much i benched press, now i'd rather be healthy and look healthy instead of lookin like a bloated doucher
 
i'll have to check it out, i watched the first two seconds on the first video and spit my water on my computer. seems like it could be entertaining
 
Pretty funny stuff. I've got no idea about Crossfit. My buddy just showed me those videos last night and thought it was great.
 
Talk about a douche! How can anyone doubt that crossfit doesn't kick azz?

The dude in that video is hilarious. Always making funny videos. You'd have to know the whole story. Basically, this guy makes a video calling out bb.com and anybody that benches 300-400 lbs. All of bb.com comes together and makes tons of vids in response.

i have to say benching 400 lbs is a lot more impressive than ole boy doing 37 half pushups in 30 seconds. i don't think that clown realizes the guys that bench 400 lbs can do pushups in their sleep

But can most guys who bench 400lbs go out and run 5 miles?
 
I know a guy who BB's and when he cuts, he walks on the treadmill. Doesn't drink much water, very unhealthy!

Got mine for today off of the internet. It kicked my butt pretty good because I've gotten out of shape.

It was:

"Brenton"

Five rounds for time of:
Bear crawl 100 feet
Standing broad-jump, 100 feet

Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps.

Double Unders x 10

After 15 min, you have 5 min to find your 1 Rep max on clean and jerks (I did #135)

Post Workout - 10 min of stretching

(I did 10.3 rounds in 15 min.)

* On the double unders I had to do high knee jumps. Don't have the double unders down yet!

so after your WOD u have 5 mins to find your max on clean and jerks? or you get 15 mins to chill then have 5 mins to max out
